Q:  How long will my first visit take?
 
A:  We suggest initial patient visits take approx 1-1.5 hours to ensure we complete a thorough initial examination.  Following weekly visits will be much quicker -- taking about 15 minutes.

Q:  How much should patients expect to lose while on a medical weight loss program?
 
A:  The typical patient that strictly follows our regiment will lost between 5 and 10 lbs in their first week!  Additionally, patients can expect to lose a total of 15 to 20 lbs in their first month.

Q:  How do I know which program to choose with so many weight loss programs on the market today?
 
A:  First of all, this is a doctor created, doctor supervised program.  It is not a fly by night program that may or may not work.  Our program is physician tailored to your individual body chemistry and key ketone, blood, and weight indicators unique to your body are examined.   This program is for anyone who is 15 or more lbs over their ideal weight.  If you are unsure if this program is right for you please call today to make an appointment.  Our initial consultations are free of charge.

Q:  How much exercise do I have to do?
 
A:  None.  We recommend you complete some moderate exercise to help speed up your weight loss AND to help create healthy, long term habits; however, it is a misconception that you must exercise to lose weight.  Diet, long term health habits, and medically grounded choices are the most important ingredients to an individuals overall fitness.
